Duties

  • Manage a team and provide support for the end users to report computer related problems across headquarter and sub-offices
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service desk, and ensure that team members effectively handle service requests, incidents handling, and inquiries following SLAs
  • Resolve reported incidents or dispatch the incidents to the appropriate 2nd level support
  • Generate regular management reports related to the delivery of the Service Desk
  • Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in managing support of IT operations and providing day-to-day PC support, hardware repair, maintenance technique, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
  • Experience in IT PC hardware installation / settings and configuration (e.g. Lenovo PCs / HP Printers and other computer OA peripherals)
  • Experience in using service desk tools to perform service desk operations management such as ServiceNow
  • Holder of ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is an advantage
