For the existing systems, the duties include the following:
- Perform routine maintenance on the existing electronic system to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing solutions to resolve problems promptly and minimize downtime
- Add, modify, and enhance system functions based on user feedback and evolving requirements to improve overall system functionality
- Provide user support for daily operations, assisting staff with system-related inquiries and resolving operational challenges
- Work closely with subject teams in the Department and business users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
To assist with the new system project, including system analysis and design (SA&D), programming, implementation, data migration, testing, system monitoring, and maintenance. Detail of the duties include:
- Carry out quality control and quality assurance, to scrutinize project reports and specifications
- Assist in gathering user requirements and conducting related analysis
- Assist in data migration from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Conduct thorough data checks to verify that migrated data is complete and correctly formatted
- To assist in the system/UAT testing
