Duties

Collaborate with ICAC stakeholders to analyse the existing websites and determining the impact of the migration on business processes
Provide technical support for procurement activities including SOA-QPS5 orders and contractor management
Work with various contractors and DPO's GCIS team to design and review the new websites' system architecture in GCIS
Communicate with GCIS for the provision, configuration and testing of all required virtual computing resources
Manage and provide technical support to privacy impact assessment and security risk assessment & audit activities with contractor
Plan and coordinate data & application, including content management applications and a mass emailing system, migration from old websites in public Cloud to GCIS, ensuring service availability and data integrity for the switchover
Develop a testing strategy and conduct tests including system test, integration test, operation acceptance test, migration test, load test, resilience test, recovery test and all other tests required by GCIS to ensure the new websites meets the requirements and functions as expected
Provide technical support to develop operation, maintenance, backup & recovery procedures and user manuals with security review
Provide quality assurance support on project documentation production and reveiew
Undertake any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisors

Requirements

Academic Qualitification
- Hold an undergraduate degree awarded by a post-secondary institution, or equivalent, in computer and information technology related discipline;
Language Proficiency
- Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese Language and Level 2 / Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua and in written English and Chinese
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Additional requirement: proficient in
- Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure SQL
- Windows Server 2022 setup and configuration
- Windows IIS 10 with .NET Framework setup and configuration
- Microsoft SQL Server 2022 configuration setup, configuration and migration
- Cloud architecture design, cybersecurity and operation related to network, server, application, data, backup and recovery
