The proposed staff shall take a role of mobile device domain expert and mobile app architect to maintain the system stability of customized mobile devices and manage the mobile device management platform. Job duties include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the system stability and quality assurance of iCRMS customized mobile devices running with multiple mobile apps
• Perform architecture and code review on mobile apps developed by contractors
• Oversee the mobile app deployment workflow from testing to production environment and formulate comprehensive test plan with structured test cases
• Design, implement and maintain the mobile device management platform
• Collect user requirements, perform impact and risk assessment on new mobile apps
• Coordinate and liaise with different stakeholders including end users, business representatives and contractors to resolve production issues and implement new apps
• Assist project manager to manage project tasks, team resources and technical issues
• Conduct technology research on the emerging IT solutions to improve system management efficiency
• Participate in IT procurement activities like product evaluation and technical specifications preparation
• Implement information security solutions for endpoint devices to cater the latest information security policy from OGCIO
• Carry out on-site testing, peripherals deployment, system rollout and maintenance support activities at Correctional Institutions in different regions
• May need to work outside normal office hours to provide on-call production support and maintenance services
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 6 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
• The proposed staff must have solid working experience in:
  • Enterprise mobile device management and mobile app development using Java/Kotlin for Android Enterprise
  • Mobile app testing and quality assurance
  • Production support and maintenance of mobile apps in enterprise companies
  • System security management for mobile devices in enterprise Infrastructure environment
  • Vendor management in enterprise companies or Government
• Excellent documentation, analytical and problem troubleshooting skill
• Good command in verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
• Disciplined, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure, quick learner and good team player
• Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  • 4 years x  JAVA Programming, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Wireless and  Mobile, Coordination, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services  and Moderate Exposure in Written English
  • 3 years x  Software Testing Management and Vendor Management
  • 2 years x  IT Security and Presentation Experience
